☀☀☀ ☀ Dropbox is a storage app where users can save photos, documents, videos and other files. Since the content is safely backed up to the app’s servers, it is available through multiple devices. The app includes offline access, which is incredibly useful when on the field. Users have free access to 2 GB of storage, but can upgrade to 1TB for $99.99/year. Content can be shared with others through links even if they don’t have Dropbox and despite file size. One of the newest features is creating/editing Microsoft Office files on mobile, which sync up with the app. Strongly recommended for journalists seeking mobile file storage. —Victoria Grijalva
