  Buffer is basically a social media organizer app. It allows you to manage accounts such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Google Plus all from one app. It allows you to schedule when you would like your post to be made. This is something that could come in handy for busy journalists who want to have their stories out there ASAP but may not be near their phones all the time.
